I want to commend the work done by your shop and your service technician, Dirk. While I was in Sacramento on vacation, my van’s A/C compressor went out. Someone recommended your shop. Your manager told me he would make repairing my van a top priority. I was concerned about getting everything fixed properly and put back together correctly, since my conversion van had many controls, lights, electric rear sofa, and many other things that a mechanic usually doesn’t have to contend with ‘under the hood.’ When I picked up the van, I was very pleased that everything was put back in the proper place. On our return trip to Alabama, the A/C worked flawlessly in triple digit heat. - Keneth F.
